Please review our cancellation policy and other important details before booking your appointment to ensure a smooth and clear experience with Cascade Detailing.
Cancellation policy
Cascade Detailing enforces a cancellation policy on select services and reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee for any no-shows and late cancellations. A cancellation fee of $50 is charged if you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment or are not present when the appointment is scheduled. Note that you may be considered a no-show if you are late for your scheduled appointment. If you show up to the appointment on time or cancel before the deadline listed on your confirmation page, no cancellation fee is due.
Before your appointment
Pricing may change after inspection for heavy stains, odors, pet hair, or other issues. Pre-existing damage is not our responsibility. Please remove all personal items from your vehicle before your appointment; we are not liable for lost items. In the event of inclement weather, rescheduling may be necessary, and any deposits made may be transferred to a new appointment. Lastly, we do use customer's water and electricity for Details.

Do you offer services outside Wesley Chapel area?
Yes, Cascade Detailing does proudly, serving Wesley Chapel and the surrounding Tampa Bay area, including Land O'Lakes, Lutz, Odessa, New Tampa, and Zephyrhills. Not sure if you're in range? Just reach out — if you're nearby, I'll do my best to come to you. Their will also be a surcharge of $35 when outside the 16 mile radius of where we are located.
Do you come to me?
Yes, Cascade Detailing is a mobile service and comes to your location for your convenience.
